I am an integrative arts psychotherapist and supervisor, grounded in the understanding of earliest attachment relationships and how these are connected to people's present difficulties.
I believe passionately in the importance of the relationship between the therapist and the client and finding the most appropriate way of working with them as individuals.
I obtained my qualification as an art therapist and then went on to complete the Masters in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy training from IATE (Institute for Arts and Therapy in Education). I am also a diploma level supervisor.
I have worked for many years as an arts psychotherapist in adult mental health in psychiatric hospitals as well as in private practice. I am also a professional artist.
